Printing a .pdf version of QB report that shows colored boxes with complete dates for progress tracking. When I view the report appears fine. When I print and view, the colors disappear; complete dates remain. What could be the issue?
Your printer is apparently setup to print in black and white to save ink. Look for a print option that will allow the printer to print in color.
Also check that your printer options are set to "Primt Background Colors"
The first needs to be done is the file has to be converted into the pdf and then the process of printing has to be done. I once tried the same but due to the printer problem I have to face the Epson error code e-01 and the printing did not happen.
