I would like to highlight the records on a report to show:

If the form was last modified in the last 6 days its green

If the form has not been modified for more than 12 days it is red

Please can someone advise?

Hi Georgia,

If by Form Modification, you're referring to changes to a form like changing a field name, adding removing fields, or re-ordering fields, these are not changes natively tracked specifically via QuickBase.

However, there are sections and reports to show you when a record was last modified. There are also mechanisms (Webhooks) that can be used to record changes to field values in one table in a separate table.

i think that Georgina just means to know when a record was last changed.  She is looking for the formula to  do row colorization.

A good source to get the color codes is here.  You can use the hex codes in place of the color names i have used.

The formula  that you would put in the row colorization formula box at the bottom of the table report setup would be

Today() - ToDate([Date Modified]) <= days(6),"Green",
Today() - ToDate([Date Modified]) > days(12),"Red")

you will find that the red to toto red and the green may be too green., hence you will need top change them to the hex color codes from that application link I sent.

like #6AFB92 in place of the wrd green.
