I am using a formula text field with HTML tags. My data is numeric yet using the formula text field seems to prevent me from being able to summarize my data. How can I use the color coding benefits of text formulas with HTML tags yet be able to summarize my numbers?

Here is the formula that I am using:

If([Total GP/L] < 0,      "<div style=\"color:white; background-color:#FF0000 ;\">" & [Total GP/L] & "</div>",

[Total GP/L] < 15000, "<div style=\"background-color:#E6F728;\">" & [Total GP/L] & "</div>",

[Total GP/L] < 50000, "<div style=\"background-color:#F7CE28;\">" & [Total GP/L] & "</div>",

[Total GP/L] > 50001, "<div style=\"background-color:#2C572D;\">" & [Total GP/L] & "</div>", "")

You can't.  You will need to either use row colorization or icons to indicate a color "status".  Like you said, a text field cannot be used  and expect a total at the bottom of a table report.
