How do I add an email button for each record on a report to allow users to submit a question concerning that record?

I'm a fairly new user, and need help! We have a financial management application which shows actual dollars spent per category per project. When a manager has a question, we want them to be able to click a button to send an email to our procurement organization with a copy of the record. The "send to" needs to be pre-populated. They need a text area to enter their question, and the email needs to include a copy of the record. Any help is appreciated!

Hi Julie,

I think there are a few options to do this, but there are many steps involved so the best thing to do would be to go to Help > Manage Support Cases > + New Support Case so a customer care specialist can take a look at your specific app with you to help you set it up.
