How do I create a schedule of work based on my records table?

I want to create a schedule of work based on my records in QB. Do I create a "schedule of work" table and import my schedule of work" excel file, or do I do something else? At a loss here. Obviously it needs to auto-fill known values from fields like address, contact name etc. based on one known value being input on the schedule form.
