How do I create an app to track vacation time?

I currently have an app that tracks the vacation time used by our employees.. however it isn't working anymore.. 

The way it is set up is it keeps track of the running total of time used and what is still available. It resets on the anniversary of each employee.. However, I need to be able to keep more than one years worth of records..

What I have currently:

PTO available (fixed number)

PTO used (running total of time used)

PTO remaining (available-used=remaining)

What I need:

PTO available (fixed number to reset on anniversary)

PTO used (I need to be able to add a new one (hours used and pay period used during, and not just add up what has been used)

PTO remaining

I really hope this makes sense!

For this particular question I think it would be best if you can go to Help > Manage Support Cases > + New Support Case so one of our customer care specialists can take a look at your current app and advise on the best options to track PTO year-by-year in your app.
