How do I embed a table into an email notification?

I've been trying every way I know to be able to embed a table into a notification email.

I have a Parent record (Price quote for a certain product) that has many child records (customisation items of the product).

I want the email notification to display the child records.

The main issue here is that I can't remove tokens from the application so as to use exact forms as I need the security this provides and have found no workarounds yet.

Appreciate any help!!

Can you clarify?  When you send the email notification you can include a copy of the actual form which will have the embedded child table  right?  What am I missing in your question.

Unfortunately you won't able to do this via notification instead you have to use subscription to do so. You can create a table under subscription with specific entities to be seen in the email. Hope this helps!

Ronak, why are you suggesting that an Email Notification cannot include a Form which includes and embedded table?  Any form can be included in a Notification.

As much as I have worked with Quickbase, notification includes individual entry with all attributes specific to that entry which all entries will be emailed but it will be in all separate emails. On contrary, subscription includes the entire table with all entries with selected attributes.
