How do I generate a crosstab report where null values are included? Ex: I have a report where techs = rows, date = columns. I want all techs, each time the report runs

I understand that I'm asking to summarize data that isn't there, but if I was going to do this in SQL I believe I'd have to use an outer join and get 'fancy' like that - I'm hoping there's a similar way to accomplish this in QuickBase?

Native QuickBase doesn't have an option to show null values in a Summary report. For this, you would have to generate records that represented the summary value and then show them in a Non-Summary report. In your example of Techs and Date, you would have to have a Many to Many table who's records each represent a single Tech & Date combination, with the Summary Value as a field.
