No problem (maybe),

This is a Browser setting.  It will depend on the Browser you are using.  Typically you go into a print dialogue screen like "File", "Print" and look for the configuration setup as to what shows in the headers and the footers.  So its not a QuickBase setting, this is on your Browser.  if you tell me which Browser you are using (IE, FF, Chrome, Safari), I may be able to be more specific.

I'm using Firefox.  I couldn't find any print properties option that would add page numbers.
I happen to be on a Mac now, but on my FF, I go to the 3 lines at the top left to get to the print menu.  Then right on that pop up screen it lets me set the page footers, including an option to print page numbers.

I dot get the three line menu.  Hers what I'm doing. On the report page I go to More>Print. A Print Options box appears. Options are Print as Table, Print 1 Record Per Page.  I choose table and click OK. The another print options box appears with four choices: include report description; include filtering criteria; include date; include summary.  I choose include date and include summary then click Print.  A browser window opens with a Print box over it.  The Print box allows you to choose the printer and properties etc..  If I close this box the browser window remains but it has no three bar menu,  It just has the address box at the top and the report below.  Right clicking around doesn't give me the option to view the browser menu or any print options.
What I am talking about has nothing to do with QuickBase. Close QuickBase and go to any website.  Figure out how to print that Web page.  The settings will be there.

But that does not help me with printing a QuickBase report which is what I am doing.
Did you change your print settings?  If you do it once in your life they should stick for printing all web pages.  QuickBase is a web page.

The print browser settings already specified page numbers in the footer.  But they aren't printing on QuickBase reports.  I think I will try rebooting and starting over.
OK, well that is hard to explain.
