I am trying to create a ticket system where I can grab multiple tickets from different applications to all filter to one master table.

Can someone tell me how to do this?

Do these other multiple ticket systems already exists?  It would certainly be easier if there were just 1 system and control its workflow and access according to the ticket type and source of the ticket.

Michael - Have you considered using the Import from Another Table process? This will allow you to save an import and then activate it whenever you wish. You can combine it with the API and use API_RunImport to initiate it from a link/button on your dashboard as well.

Hi thank you for your response... Im not sure I understand you but I will answer the best I can.

I have created 2 table... I want one to be my Master Table so I can keep duplicating the other table for different Clients.

How can I get all the other table to report back to My one Master Table.  This is specifically in regards to getting tickets.

I want to allow the user to create a ticket from their own table but when they do... It gets sent to my Master Table.

I have found that API stands for Application Programming Interface,  however, I am not familiar with that.  Is there a link or instructions how to accomplish what you have suggested.

I have tried to look it up in the help option in Quick Base, but, no luck.

Let me know and Thanks,
Mike
