How do I hide/show HTML text rows using form rules (without using Sections)?

I have a form with HTML text entries associated with fields. I want to hide/show the text along with the fields using form rules. Since you can't include text in form rules, only the associated fields show/hide when fired.

For example, int the attached screenshot, I want to hide/show row 192 along with row 193 in a form rule.

I don't want to use Sections.

Thank you

You will need to make a formula text field with html enabled, for each of your text elements which you want to control with form rules.  Unless you can have a whole section which can be subject to a show/hide rule.

Mark, Can you draft what the formula should be please?
Can you tell me what you have now for the text element on the form? It is pretty hard to give your formula when I don't know what you're trying to say.
In any event, basically all you do is make a formula text field with HTML  enabled and put your formula in quotes

Here is one text element:

Try this,  but take the spaces out of the h t t p s
