I have a file folder on my server at work that has various PDF's that are related to records in QuickBase, and the name of each PDF is the same as the order# for each record in my QuickBase table. How would I create a link(button) in each record of QuickBase to those documents to open the PDF, without doing it manually for each one, or specifically uploading the file for each record. For example-hardcoding the path + [variable name]

ie. file attachment or URL link like this in Quickbase:

server02/H/folderx/[order#]

Thank you!

This works in IE, Chrome and Firefox may require plugins

file:\\DriveLetter:\Folder\File.extension

e.g.:

file:\\C:\user\docs\Letter.txt
