How do I remove jobs from showing up in the dynamic filters?

I have a report called "Current Active Jobs." When a job is complete, it moves to the "Inactive Jobs" report. Each job has many tasks and I have set up a Gantt chart report on the Tasks table for the tasks and I use the dynamic filter to filter the jobs by [Job Name] which is a lookup field to the Jobs table. There are a couple issues. 1)Some of the job names from the Current Active Jobs report aren't appearing in the filter, and 2) I would like to have the job names no longer appear on the filter once the job is moved to the Inactive Jobs report. Is this possible?

This is odd.  The Dynamic filters will never show if the corresponding records are not listed in the report. (ie, once the Job is changed to being Inactive and hence is no longer in the detail of your report.

I suggest that you click into a Job name which you feel should not be there, and you will see in fact that it is in the data.  If you are finding what I am saying not to be true for your situation (I admit that i have never tested on Gantt Charts), then you should report this as a bug to QuickBase by using the HELP button at the top and then Manage Support Cases.

It also does not make sense that some but not all Job Names would not be appearing in the filter, IF they are in the detail data.  of course, if they are not in the detail data on that report, then they will not show up as filters.  So, if you can prove that some are missing, then that would be a bug to be reported.

I'm very sorry, I just noticed a small error I had made that was causing the issues. Thank you for your assistance.
