How do I set Role permissions to view both the records of Team Members, as those of my own as the VP Role

I'm attempting to set specific role permissions for a table (Billing Code Assignments), whereas I want a Role (Vice President) to not only see their specific Billing Code Assignments, but ALSO those of Team Members (another Role), when the VP is also set as the individual with "Oversite" of the project. When I go to test the modification made in the Role (VP), only the records assigned to me are reflected. How should my settings be changed to capture both sets of records?

No problem

The setting you loaded is an AND condition.

While the Role Permissions do not currently allow for OR condition you can simply make your own formula-checkbox field called [My records or Oversight?] and base the Role Permission setting on that field.
