Hello Quickbase Community,

I have a New Deliveries Summary table which stores data on several aircraft. This summary table shows the # of tasks(SA-M Forms) in a project and the # of tasks completed.  Currently I am able to assign tasks, then manually enter in if the task is complete, at which point the # of tasks completed increase by 1.

A task is considered completed when a form (SA-M 1013, 1015, 1020, 996 etc) is filled in.  I have status and % completion fields in these other tables which show how much of a form has been filled in.

What I would like to do is when a form on one of these SA-M tables has been completed, I need the # of tasks completed in the New Deliveries Summary Table to increase by 1.

Please see the attached PowerPoint for a better description.

Thank you!

You should be able to create a Summary field on the Aircraft table of the # tasks where the % Completion = 1 (ie 100%).  let me know if that answers the question and I will convert this to an Answer.

I'm sorry I believe you're misunderstanding.  I'm not trying to show % completion. I'm  trying to get the # of Tasks completed to fill in automatically once a SA-M form has been filled out and completed. See attached powerpoint, maybe it will make better sense.
Thank you

Actually, I thought I was answering the question.  One Delivery Summary Aircraft record (Parent) has many SA-M records.  Right?  So you can go tho that relationship and click on Create a Summary field to count the number of SA-M records subject to the filter that the Completion = 1  (100%)

I was over complicating things. You are correct. My mistake. Thank you.
