You can do this on an individual application using the API, but I don't believe the account. Here is the reference: http://www.quickbase.com/api-guide/delete_record.html

We have some tools that get this data (and more) and aggregate the data across multiple applications if you are interested. If you are looking to write this yourself, you could iterate through a list of your applications - invoking that API call.

Hi Harrison,
Thanks for your response. The approach you told i have already tried that but the problem i am facing is when i have not added to any app i am not able to listing it where as being an admin i can see the app in my manage billing tab. So to handle the licensing i want to know the app details whether i have access or not. The minimum info i want is the app name and the total number of users added to the app.

Is there any way?

That's right - you will not be able to pull the information without access to the application even though you are a billing administrator. There are some custom solutions we could implement for you that would allow us to gather that information but it would definitely be some custom scripting on our side. Feel free to let me know if you are interested in this.
