how to auto populate data from other docs into a global cash flow report

Looking to retrieve financials from documents attached in Quick base and auto populate into Global Summary Cash Flow Report

Are you looking to auto populate Quickabase data from values within an excel sheet?

Various type of documents.  Do they all need to be in an excel sheet? If so, will have to develop.   From an excel sheet how do I auto populate into a global cash flow report in QB.  the data will be added during process flow progresses.

QuickBase cannot be configured to read data directly from document attachments.  If you have data in a flat format where 1 row corresponds to a record that you want to import into a table in QuickBase, then the excel sheet can be imported manually and uploaded into the table.  

There is also a new feature called QuickBase Sync for CSV which can help automate that process.  

But in generally you cannot take an excel sheet or other document type like PDF or Word and pick and choose which numbers off that sheet should populate into QuickBase.
