How to automatically interface with QuickBase without purchasing additional products. We cannot launch our app because we need the submitters to submit without license.

I built an app for incident and problem management. We need the ability to enter items into a Microsoft tool (Access or SharePoint) without the additional cost of another tool. The budget prevents us from purchasing additional licenses and tools today. Please help because we cannot figure it out without help from the QB team.

Can you clarify the question?  Are you looking to push a button in QuickBase and create a record in Access?  If so, then what you need is an Access expert (or Sharepoint expert) who knows if Access has API's.  If you know the API that these apps need, then yes its possible.

I need to know how do I have non-registered users submit an ticket into my app using SharePoint. SharePoint is what we want to use but if there are other tools that we can use then we will be willing to do it.
To answer that question requires expertise in Sharepoint,

If Sharepoint can issue an API call then it can authenticate into QuickBase using a hard coded generic single userid, and create a record in QuickBase. That can be done, actually, by clicking on a button which is simply a URL, assuming that Sharepoint can create the correct URL.
Does Sharepoint have a function to URLEncode?
