I already have a database in Quickbase for new sales and I have sales form on the wordpress website as well.

How can I connect both of them so that any prospect who enters their information should directly go to quickbase creating a record in my existing app/database.

There are a few different options.

QuickBase has a "form wizard" - which creates a generic HTML form for adding a record to your QuickBase database

The link to the form wizard is here:

Note that in the output, you do need to update the subdomain in the Form Action to your QuickBase subdomain - e.g. yourcompany.quickbase.com

Once you verify that this is working, you can then put the HTML code into your WordPress page, and do any styling / look and feel updates you need to (it functions just like any other HTML form).

If you're already using a WordPress plugin like Gravity Forms (with the Developer License) - they have a Zapier plug-in, which can then connect to QuickBase to add the new record.

Since QuickBase has an API - you can also write your own forms to submit the data directly.  But the above options (or something similar) are probably more straightforward.
