How to find the difference between column totals from two different tables/reports

I have 3 tables.

Table 1 is Customers
Table 2 is Deposits
Table 3 is Deductions

Relationship 1 is Customers have Many Deposits
Relationship 2 is Customers have Many Deductions

At the bottom of the related deposit report and deduction report displayed on the Customer record I can see each reports total value.

I would like to create a Numeric Formula field on Customers table that will equal the difference between the total Deposits and the total Deductions. I am struggling to find the values to create this formula.

no problem,

If you edit the relationship between Customers and Deposits, there will be a button to make a summary field, so make a summary of the Total Deposits.

Ditto for the Deductions table.,

Now you have two clean fields on your customer record and make a new formula numeric field to calculate the difference.
