How to format a QB notification email to add a Google calendar event

Hey all, I know there's a way to set it up so that QB can "automatically" add events to a Google calendar if the notification is set up properly - can someone tell me how to do that? I have the Google account in question set up so that it automatically adds events from emails, but so far I haven't had any luck getting the QB notification email to trigger this. Any suggestions?
