I have a daily work journal of billable hours. Each day I add records via List All and grid edit. With over 200 records, is it possible to limit the number of records listed to the last week or so when using grid edit?

How about instead of starting off with a List All report, make a new report with a filter for some date field or even [date created] is on or after 7 days in the past.

I understand what you are saying but I have only been fiddling around with Quickbase for a couple of months. I can do this in Excel but I am the picture you see in the dictionary when looking up "Quickbase Novice."

No problem.  QuickBase is a wonderful tool, and this "user to user" forum is a way to get help.  The on line help is also very good and the best learning tool would be to attend some of these training sessions run by Kirk Trachey from Intuit QuickBase.  The link is here http://quickbase.intuit.com/webinars You can attend live or just review some of the recent recorded ones.

I just modified the reports' filter. I was hoping to do it externally when the report was listed but this will work for now. Thanks.
