How to pass variables from a Url redirected from another app (survey Monkey)  to a quickbase html page.

I want to integrate quickbase with survey monkey and twilio, using Workato

1. - Quickbase generates a Survey monkey URL with personalized variables that identify the customer

2. - Twilio sends a personalized URL to my customers.

This Works very well with workato

3. - Once the customer answers the survey it is redirected to a quickbase html page.

Workato does not read the personalized variables.

To do this I have to insert the redirect URL in survey monkey.

Survey Monkey attaches back the personalized variables, at the end of the URL.

I want to be able to “read those variables” in order to run a script so as to tell Quickbase which of my customers has answered the survey

Example of the URL that survey monkey submits once the customer answers

Actually I have been able to partially solve my question using this piece of code in my html page.
$(function(){

var getQueryString = function ( field, url ) {
    var href = url ? url : window.location.href;
    var reg = new RegExp( '[?&]' + field + '=([^&#]*)', 'i' );
    var string = reg.exec(href);
    return string ? string[1] : null;
};
var nomeCliente = getQueryString('nomeCliente');

My problem is:

I don't now how to capture the variables if I need to redirect:

URL Authenticates and then redirects to my HTML page.

Can fetch the variables just if I have one step
