We have a database where we currently save emails to our share drive and then copy the link and add it into a formula url field in quickbase. I want to if possible find a way of automating this process. I currently do it in access but don't have a clue how to do that in quickbase. Is this possible? Click on a button in the open record in quickbase and have it open a outlook window where you can select the email. It then saves the email to a specific share drive and link to it in quickbase.
