We have a challenge, we work with QuickBooks enterprise for our accounting, order processing and sales, and QuickBase for our CRM. Based on the basic limited research I did, QuickBase let you sync with QuickBooks but only the online version for free, not desktop. The options for syncing both via Q2Q (some app that supposed to connect both) is pricy, almost $2K CAD per year. In addition, we are adding webstore via BigCommerce, which mean we need another app (almost another $1K CAD per year) that sync online sales with QuickBooks then sync that with QuickBase. There are way too many variables here, with all of these extra costs. is there an easier way to do this, without spending $5K - $10K in custom development costs? (some company out of California quotes us almost $14K USD for a fully integrated solution) So, in a nutshell: How to sync QuickBooks enterprise with QuickBase easily and cheaply? How to sync online platforms like BigCommerce with QuickBase? Is there a way to eliminate QuickBooks altogether and just work on QuickBase, without spending an arm and foot?

Unfortunately, integrating Quick Base with an on-premise software - QuickBooks or anything else - isn't going to be an inexpensive venture. Workato offers connectors for on-premise situations, but you're looking at over $600/mo for their service.
