How would I match two dates from different tables and create a checkbox that checks if they match?

For instance, the master table has dates that services were performed, and the other table would have holiday dates. How would you create a checkbox that automatically checks in the master table if both dates were the same?

Make the holidays Table have its Key field as the Holiday Date.

Make a formula checkbox field in the Holidays table called called [Holiday?] and set its formula to be:

 true

It will always be checked,

Make a relationship where 1 Holiday has many Services Performed, and use the [Services Date] as the reference field in the relationship on the right hand side.

Lookup the field [Holiday?]

Y'ur done!  If that field is checked, then the [Services Date] was a Holiday.

Thank you, however, after attempting this, the original date field in the master table changed to a drop down box with only holidays displayed. We need this field to be the input field for the date. Any thoughts are appreciated!
OK, sorry.
Make a field in the master table called [Service Date Mirror] with a formula of [Service Date] . Kill the Relationship to Holidays and start over with this formula field as the Reference field on the right side of the Relationship.
