I am trying to create a formula that will color a row if the check box was marked more than 30 days ago. Can I get some help?

The referenced check box is called NMA Submitted. Ideally I would like to create two formulas. One that would make the row appear HTML color #A9F5D0 if the checkbox was marked less than 10 days ago, and another formula that would make the row appear HTML color #F5A9D0 if the same checkbox was marked more than 30 days ago.

Coloring is easy. How are your going to know when the checkbox was checked?  Do you have a date field to capture that somehow, or is that your real question.

OK, then in row colorization at the bottom of a table report you can put the formula

IF(
IsNull([My Date Field]),"",  // that is empty quotes
Today() - [My Date Field]< Days(10), "#A9F5D0"
Today() - [My Date Field]< Days(30), "#F5A9D0")
