I am trying to get an email to fire out automatically based on a field change (the status) to the email in another field provided. Can sometime help?

For example, my table has fields that provide name, email, contract type, contract status. When the contract status is changed, I want an email to immediately fire out to the email address provided in an additional field.

My questions is how to do this as far as the rule make-up, but also--is there a way to ensure a specific template with specific fields drop in? Like..

Dear (field 1),

Thank you for submitted your contracting for (Field 3). We appreciate......


Any suggestions and help is definitely appreciated. Thank you

Yes, you can a set up an email Notification of type "Open" and then compose your email subject and email body in the box. You can mixed fixed words along with field values on single record Notifications.
