I cannot find the ECIS link

I am trying to submit my license information for certification and the form is asking me to click on the ECIS icon under  My Apps but it isnt there.

Hello,

This issue appears to be specific to your application.  Accordingly you'll need to contact your application's manager as they would be most-familiar with the application's setup.  If you don't know the contact information for your application's manager please submit a support case and a member of our team will be able to provide that for you.

Hello I am having the same problem. I can not find the link for ECIS. This is frustrating because I labored to seal my documents and submit them and now told to upload the documents only find there is no link.
