I have five checkboxes that populate data to another field if checked, but if more than one checkbox is true I want the text field to say “Multiple”

Example

If([Red] = true, "Color1",  [Blue] = true, "Color2",  [Green] = true, "Color3",

 [White] = true, "Color4",  [White] = true, "Color5",____________”)

so I check just Red, the second field ColorCode shows Color1, and it switches when I uncheck and check another but I want the Colorcode field to have "Multiple" if [Red] and [Blue] are checked or all are checked.

Try this

IF(Count([red],[blue],[green],[white],[other white])>1,"Multiple",

[Red] = true, "Color1",

[Blue] = true, "Color2",

[Green] = true, "Color3",

[White] = true, "Color4",

[Other White] = true, "Color5")

ie first check for multiple and then do your formula.

Fantastic.  I tried multiple scenarios and it worked exactly how I needed it to.  Thank you so much.
