I have inserted a page break as suggested by the post. I inserted this code

@media print {footer {page-break-after: always;} } after </div> <span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'><br clear=all style='page-break-before:always'> </span> </div>.

Could  you please confirm how does it work and what code to be inserted. when we say after footer is it after which bit

</td>
 </tr>
</table>

</div>

<span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'><br
clear=all style='page-break-before:always'>
</span>

</div>

<div class=WordSection2>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>&nbsp;</span></p>

</div>

</body>

</html>

The "footer" option is just a suggestion taken from the w3schools page here: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_print_pageba.asp. If you want to use that specific code in the exact form HTML you would then need to place the footer tag: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_footer.asp wherever you need it to break. The @media print {footer {page-break-after: always;} } code is actually CSS telling the browser to break after it finds a footer element. Because your HTML doesn't have the footer element, no break happens.
