I have two tables (39 fields and >70 fields). I'd like to combine them into the same table. Any ideas?

are they related?  i.e. there is a way to combine them but does at least one of the tables "know" the record ID or the Key field of the corresponding field in the other table?

The two tables are in the same app, but currently do not have any relationships built between any of the fields in either table.  In reality, what I have done is created to forms which I'd like to combine into a single form.

If you just want an way way to create the missing fields, export a report from one table into CSV and then import to the other table.

That will allow you to quickly create the missing fields. During the import process. Then just delete any records you imported.

You will need to add those fields to the form although they may get added to the bottom if the form if you set the form properties to automatically add new fields to the form.

I see how I can import and export; but it appears that I lose any any of the field settings that I had created.  I have multiple fields with formulas built into them; so unfortunately I'll be losing that information.

Yes you are right. The best you will be able to do is to create the fields and then manually copy and paate your formulas over to the new table. But since the field names with the identical at least you should just be able to copy and paste without much "thought".

Thank you.  Being able to input all of the field names will significantly reduce my time in setting this up.  I appreciate the comments.
