I have two tables in a parent-child relationship. I would like to have a URL button on the parent table which would edit all affiliated records in the child.

Currently, I am only able to edit a single record in the child-table given the Record ID with the following formula:

var text URLONE = URLRoot() & "db/" & [_DBID_TIME_CARDS] & "?act=API_EditRecord&rid=" & URLEncode([Record ID#]) & "&apptoken=bszcz7vcwwkgpzdg76wj8dhzkj3f"& "&_fid_34=Approved";

var text URLTWO = URLRoot() & "db/" & Dbid() & "?a=td" ;

If([Approval-PM]="Pending",$URLONE

& "&rdr=" & URLEncode($URLTWO))

Instead, I would like to edit all records that relate to the parent.

There are three options I can think of to update multiple records

1. Grid edit

2. Use the more button and then "Find and Replace."

3. Contact a developer like myself to make you a URL formula button to do that mass update.

Thank you for your prompt reply.  I require a URL formula button on the parent table that would push the update!
