I need to create a field that will be populated with a "1" if two other fields (Field A and Field B) are also filled in as 1.

You don't specify what the value of the formula should be if [field1] and [field2] are not both equal to one and I am wondering if your fields are Numeric or Checkboxes.

If [field1] and [field2] are truely numeric you can use this formula:

ToNumber([field1] = 1 and [field2] = 1)

which will have a value of zero if [field1] and [field2] are not both equal to one .

If [field1] and [field2] are truely Checkboxes you can use this formula:
[field1] and [field2]
which will have a value of true or false.(a Checkbox field).

They are numeric fields, but it's nice to know the formula for checkboxes as well. Thanks!
