Does anyone have a solution to the syntax error, "A closing parenthesis is missing." Please see my formula below.

If ( ( [Date Complete] < [Revised Due Date],"On Time" )
or ( [Date Complete] = [Revised Due Date],"On Time" )
or ( [Date Complete] > [Revised Due Date],"Late" )
or ( [Date Complete] = isnull, null ) )

Thank you for your help!

Try this:

If([Date Complete] < [Revised Due Date], "On Time",
  [Date Complete] = [Revised Due Date], "On Time",
  [Date Complete] > [Revised Due Date], "Late"
)

You could also combine the first two criteria using <= like this:

If([Date Complete] <= [Revised Due Date], "On Time",
  [Date Complete] > [Revised Due Date], "Late"
)
