I upload files for deployments, and I would like to pull links into the tasks, when I assign them out. So I don't have to upload the file multiple times.

If you have a table of documents and you have a way to know what record ID they are sitting on then this format will work display the attachment the same as if you downloaded it by clicking the actual file name.



URLRoot() & "up/" & [_DBID_PROJECTS] & "/a/r" & [Record ID of the record with the file attachment] & "/e30/v0"

In the example above, the 30 means the field ID of the field that as the attachment.
