I highly recommend QuNect's ODBC Driver with their Backup tool which will extract all your file attachments very easily to a single folder location.  You can use the driver as a trial; and I highly recommend purchasing it for using it to do backups of your Applications anytime, this can be particularly useful if making large data updates via import.  Having the backup file can save you hours/days of effort if there's an error.  www.qunect.com

Hi Laura Hillier. Thank you for the suggestion! I installed QuNect's driver and was excited to test out the backup tool. Unfortunately when I tried to test out the backup functionality on one of my tables, I got the following error message:

Could not get field identifiers for table bkxwwmrx because ERROR [IM023]
[QuNect][QuickBase]Feature not supported API calls and Application Tokens are
not supported on this account.
select * from "bkx9wwmrx"
Would you like to continue?

I'm using a trial version of the software currently. Is that why I am unable to create Application Tokens and is that the source of the error with the backup? If I could use this functionality, it would be a big convincer to use the software. Any and all help is much appreciated!

Are you on a 30-day Trial, or on the Entry-Level Plan?  Contact me using my profile today and I will try to help you with this.  You do not need Application Tokens (although they are strongly advised) turned on for the QuNect Backup to work.
