In the "New Quickbase" my users are "unregistered" though they show as registered in the old version. Why?

When I go to email a report and see my list of users, they are all listed as unregistered. But when I go back to the old QB, they show as registered, as they should be.

Hey Marny-

One change in the new QuickBase is that your account has a new URL. When you first invite a user to the new UI or once you have transitioned the account over, they will no longer show as unregistered. Let me know if you have any questions on this.

This seems to cause problems with changing email notifications. I cannot edit because the user I want to send the notification to is unregistered on the new system but registered on the old system.

It also presents a problem because my users can't test the new interface. Makes that kind of pointless. I want them to try it before we switch over.

So the best way to get my users registered on the new platform is to reinvite them to join?

Yes. In the Users section, select someone who is unregistered, and the orange button above the list, "Invite users to the new Quickbase" will be activated. Click that and you can send an email invite. That should do it.

Re-inviting a user does not change their status to Registered, so now I have members of my team who cannot access an app in QB.
How can I fix this quickly?  This is affecting our efficiency.
