is anyone finding quickbase very slow today? my team are struggling to log new tickets.

Hi Dawn,

We do not currently have any reports of performance issues across the Platform at this time. If you are still having issues though when accessing a table or working on putting in new tickets I would suggest reaching out to our Care team. They can take a look at your application and see if they can identify something that might be slowing your performance down if the issue is persisting. You can put in a case when signed into Quick Base by clicking on the question mark icon that appears in the upper right hand corner and selecting Manage Support Cases or directly here.
