If all users have access to both apps, you can do a "webpage" widget on a dashboard.

If the data needs to inter-relate you will want to either use "cross-app" relationships, or a QB to QB Sync table to get all the data into one spot.

Can you describe your use case and what type of data you are working with, and we can provide even more help/direction if needed.

Thanks for your response! I'm creating a Quickbase Ecosystem, of sorts, for my company. There will be a number of apps for multiple purposes, but all connected in one way or another. We have a headquarters and a number of retail locations. Initially my plan was to make identical apps for each one of our retail locations to use to track store performance, bookings, etc.

All of our bookings company wide are going to be pulled into one table; however, I need that table filtered and pulled into other tables within each store's app to reflect that store's bookings. I can do this using a sync table, but it makes duplicating this app difficult, as this connections will not remain if an app is copied. Ideally, instead of creating a duplicate bookings table in all of these apps, I could just add reports from the original booking table to each store's apps. Does this make sense? I feel like that was a jumbled explanation. Happy to clarify if needed!

My big advise is to NOT duplicate your app for every store.  Just control access by Role permissions.  The reason is that if you have 10 stores or 100 stores you will start to run out app your app limits but more importantly run out of sanity by having to make 10 changes for every change to the app.

The Role Permission can be done in just 1 Role, but that is a topic for another question.
