I would like to color different columns or cells per row.  I have a report listing locations.  I would like to colorize (red, yellow, green) different fields within the same row based on the number in the field.  Is this possible?

If it's a text field, you would need to set up a mirror field and color it.

If the field to be shaded is a numeric field with decimals it's a bit more complicated as you need to construct the numeric field to be a text field and get the decimals right.

So, yes, its possible, but it not like Excel where you can just set a format.

This is the text formula for the mirror field I used to color an individual field based on the numerical ranking 1-3 where 1=red 2=yellow 3=green:

Case([Field Name], 1,"<div style=\"background-color:#E31B23;\"> High</div>",
2, "<div style=\"background-color:#FEDE7F;\"> Medium</div>",
3,"<div style=\"background-color:#95CD3C;\"> Low</div>", "")

We use this for risk assessment reports.  Thanks for your help Mark!
