We have a ticketing system we use for setting up new customers. There are multiple tasks that need to be done that are assigned to Users. The tasks may all be assigned to one user or each one may be assigned to a different user and every combination in between. We'd like to have a notification go out to a user when they are assigned a task(s) but I'd like to have only one notification go out if a user is assigned more than one task on the same ticket. We want all the info in one place so we don't want to create a separate ticket for each task. Is this possible?
