QuickBase is currently only able to send off Subscriptions and Reminders once a day in the early morning.

Hello Geetha,

There is not a native solution, but there is a solution that might work for you.  Quickbase sends notification emails when a record has been added, modified, or deleted.  A simple solution here would be to dirty select records every 4 hours.  It is simple enough to download all record ids for records that are overdue, and then upload some content to 'dirty' those records.  Quickbase will then do its job of sending notifications to users specified in some user field.

I'm sure you are looking for an automated approach.  I wrote a script that will do this.  Following the no-code philosophy, the script is configurable by the user.  This makes it flexible for repurposing for future needs as well.  I have one script that handles export and one that handles import.  These modules can be daisy chained so a job can be configured to solve your problem.

I apologize that I can't give you a more native solution, but the next-best thing is a solution at all.  I hope this helps.  Feel free to reach to me if this works for you.

Sincerely,
