Is there a quick way to add every field from one table (parent) to a new table (child) instead of adding one by one while setting up the relationship?

Well no and yes.

The no is no.  You can just add those lookup fields 3 at a time.   I also wish you could add say 10 at a time.

BUT, if you really do want every field, then it sounds like you want to set up a relationship where the Table ris elated to itself.  For example let's say that you were tracking lab experiments on mice and the mice had children mouse records - they would also need all the same fields as their parents as in the next generation mice, those children will be parents and also they are all mice, parent and children and grandchildren.

So think about just relating the table to itself and then you have no fields to set up.
