I have a simple form with a text box, a numeric field, and a text field, but how do I keep the numeric field in the middle from taking up so much white space? Thank you!

Is the score a Multiple choice field type?

It is a numeric field type.  The responses can be from 0 to 3

Unfortunately I don't think that there is a native way to change that wide appearance, once the field is a multiple choice field.

Is there a non-native way you can point me towards?

OK, Plan B.

Change the field type to text multiple choice and set the form properties to show as radio buttons.

If this is a production app and you need to use the text value for some kind of arithmetic calculations, then you can have a formula field to convert it back to numeric.

Thank you, that worked. And yes, it was numeric for summations, but the formula field conversion is fine.  Of course, now I have an ugly little red required dot strewn all across my form.  I'm off to see if I can figure out how to make that go away. Thanks again!
