    I would like my users to work from reports that are created for them and to restrict their ability to create their own reports. Is there a way to do this in QB?

    It's a setting in Role Permission called "Save Common".  Oddly named, I suppose as it should say "Save Common reports".

    That mean that they can't accidentally break a saved "Common" report.  They will still have the ability to make changes to the report and save them as a "Personal" report.

    It sounds like the issue is your users ARE creating personal reports, and you want to limit that, so the team is working off off the same information.

    You can control this on the "Roles & Permissions" settings within the app.
    -Check the box to "Hide UI for creating or customizing reports"
