Is there a way to put an Add Button on a dashboard and have it direct to a particular form on the table?

I have two dashboards in development for adding different types of information, one that uses the "native" QBase Add button to go to the main form, and another that will go to another form with similar information.

I've created the Add Button on the Table to go to a specific form using this formula:

URLRoot() & "db/" & [_DBID_LIST_REQUESTS] & "?a=API_GenAddRecordForm&_fid_67="  & URLEncode ([Record ID#]) & "&dfid=10" & "&z=" & Rurl()

This works perfectly on the table. Unfortunately, I cannot get this as an Add Button option on the Dashboard. I also tried using a url for the button instead, https://salesstaff.quickbase.com/db/ bjuz6j9xp?a=nwr&dfid=10, but that did not work either. Any ideas?

That should have worked.

I do see that there was an extra space in the middle of your URL after the db/ .  That may be the problem

I'm using this same situation, but I would like to have the user redirected back to the dashboard once the new record is created. I add &"&z=" & Rurl()  at the end of the URL, but it's not redirecting back to the dashboard. Any suggestions?
