The Quick Base Community will be read-only from August 19th-23rd while we finalize the updates to launch our new community site. On August 23rd the new community site will be live and accessible right here at this same URL with the full launch on August 27th with a special AMA with Jay Jamison on our exciting Cloudpipes news.
If you run into an issue while we are working on our migration you can reach out to our Care team via a Care case for help. There is a link to submit a case right on the Community home page or at our Contact Us page at www.quickbase.com. Thank you for your patience while we work behind the scenes.
I have a user that mistakenly changed the value in a Date field for 7 records and saved those records. Is there a way to find out what the value was before the change was made? I need to change them back to the original values.
If it was super important, you could contact QuickBase support and if you have backup "insurance" they can get you a CSV file of that table as of last night, or some point in time that you specify. If you do not have that service in your plan, you will still need to talk to them. The data is backed up, but it is a manual process to retrieve a table's data and convert it to excel so there is a cost to make that happen.
