Is there something wrong with Quick Base email notifications?

I've just noticed today that I haven't been receiving email notifications for a few set triggers that have always worked fine. I haven't had any problems with this in the past, and I even ran a few various tests to try to trigger the notification with no luck. I don't believe I made any changes to the app that would cause this problem... has anybody else experienced any issues today?
