Issue with saving a report to a spreadsheet

I have a user who created a report and can't save it to a spreadsheet - the option doesn't exist under the 'More' dropdown. I checked the app advanced settings and the 'Allow Users who are not administrators to export date' is checked. I am an administrator, and I recreated the report from scratch, saved it and it does not present the 'Save to Spreadsheet' option for me either.

Is your report a Table Report with the table hidden and summary showing?

Hi Bill,

If you go into your application and go to the Application settings and App properties and tick the box "Allow users who are not administrators to export data" and click save. This should then enable the option.

It will not give you the option to export a summary when it is from a table report.  In order to export a summary it must actually be the result of a summary report.
